Week 7 – Perfecting the Squat
So this week I was feeling pretty grotty, the kids had very generously passed on their cold to me and I was generally feeling rough.
Rather than feel sorry for myself I still got up at the crack of dawn, (it was actually still dark out which made motivation even tougher!) and decided to don a cap and hoody and sweat it out at the gym.
And you know what? I felt ten times better after training than I did before I started, not only am I strengthening my muscles but now I’m strengthening my immune system too… blasting one bug at a time!
Back to the squat progress… not too different from the previous week but I have some good advice to follow for next week now, watch this space!
