Perfecting the Squat – COMPLETE!
For the last two months I have been recording my squat progress and hope you’ll agree that I can now tick this one off of my goals list!
Here are my Week 1 and Week 8 squat videos for progress comparison, I’m even a little embarrassed when I watch my first video!
I’m happy to say that with the help of my husband and other peoples advice on my video posts I have certainly improved, I can now squat parallel and feel that my form is pretty solid.
Where next? I don’t think it’s worth me posting videos each week as there won’t be a lot of change, but to improve on where I am now I will keep upping the weight and building up my strength.
When I can comfortably squat 100kg I’ll post another video! 🙂
