  1. There’s a big difference. I think you go lower at week 8 video. How heavy is that? I want to start lifting but I don’t have the equipment and only workout at home. I just do squatting with heavy dumbells. Makes me wonder what’s the difference between using barbells and dumbells when it comes to results? Any thoughts?

      Hey there, sorry for taking so long to reply! I’ve got 20kg each side and then I think the bars 20kg too, so 60kg all together.

      I’m no expert by any means but I wonder if using the barbell is a little better because you’re more likely to get even distribution? And you can easily add more weight as and when you need to.

      Squatting with dumbbells is a great way to go if you don’t have access to a barbell, have you tried different variations of squats?
