Week 2 – Perfecting the Squat
Today I kept the weight at 40kg and tried to concentrate on my form. I’m still getting to grips with balancing the barbell as you’ll probably notice!
I worked extra hard at getting lower down than the previous week and am happy to report that I was able to move the safety bars down a notch to number 10 and still managed to touch the bar, result!
Next week I’ll be aiming to go down even lower!
