Week 8 – Perfecting the Squat
I was feeling in tip top heath training legs this morning and I think it definitely shows.
I took more advice on board this week and pushed myself further by adding another 10kg bringing the weight up to 40kg on my second set of squats. Then my final set I smashed out 6 reps at 60kg…. twice as heavy as last week!
Not only did I manage to increase the weight on my squats, but I am back up to my personal best on stiff-leg dead lifts and seated leg curl, what a morning!
Very happy with that!
